Palawlibrary's Chargeback feature tracks site usage for billing purposes. You have the ability to enter a Client ID when logging in and change it at anytime during your session.

My Account^* gives you instant access to the tracking information needed to bill out your online research time. Two options are available for retrieving your personal usage information:

• Account Activity provides the usage time for each research session and can be sorted by date or Client ID.
• Search History lists each search request and includes the databases selected, search terms used, number of documents retrieved and viewed for each palawlibrary research session.
